Hosted by founders Frank Samson (Head Brewer) and Corinna Steeb, this immersive experience combines fascinating beer history, a guided brewery tour, great food and, of course, exceptional beer.

Established in 2011, Prancing Pony Brewery in Totness has become one of Australia's most awarded independent breweries. While Frank and Corinna's professional careers began in science—Frank as a physicist and Corinna as a medical scientist—it was a shared passion for beer, bikes, and blues music in their native Germany that ultimately inspired them to build a brewery in the Adelaide Hills.
